cooking class
On Thursday, 9 March, Class 4 had a cooking class. Following a topic on food, it was time to put theory into practice. The students decided on the menu: pancakes and smoothies. The decision came after an extensive discussion about different countries´ traditions, culture, eating habits and healthy choices.
The aim of the activity was for it to be both educational and fun, the children participated accordingly. They worked together and organized themselves well. The results were remarkable! The students couldn´t be prouder!
Consequently, cooking encourages children to explore a variety of foods, to experiment, share knowledge and improve their communication skills. At the end of the day, they develop a sense of pride and accomplishment as they indulge in a finished product. Special thanks to Class 4 for making this activity a success.
